Prima's Classico

Inspired by Louis Prima, the king of swing with a Sicilian heritage that shines through in hits like "Angelina/Zooma Zooma." Begin your meal with a Baked Cannelloni, followed by the crisp Insalata Casa. Choose your preferred Spiedini to continue the melody, and conclude with Belfonte’s Spumoni Ice Cream, reminiscent of Prima's colorful performances. 

1st Course

Baked Cannelloni

Pasta crepe filled with veal, beef, and chicken, in a tomato cream sauce.

2nd Course

Insalata Casa

Iceberg and romaine lettuce with crushed artichoke hearts, red onions, pimentos and parmigiana, tossed with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

3rd Course

Chicken Spiedini

Marinated chicken breast, skewered, rolled in Italian breadcrumbs, and grilled.

(Choice of)

Garozzo – Served in amogio, a blend of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs, with a side of pasta in our Maggie’s sugo.

Samantha – Served on fettuccine with artichoke hearts and alfredo sauce.

Gabriella – Served on fettuccine in a spicy diablo sauce.

4th Course

Belfonte’s Spumoni Ice Cream with Rum Sauce

Chocolate, cherry, and pistachio ice cream with bits of dried cherries and pistachios.

Bennett's Bellisimo 

Tony Bennett and Michael Garozzo once delivered an unforgettable duet of "I Left My Heart In San Francisco" at Garozzo’s, after which Tony humorously suggested that Mike, “Stick to cooking.” Taking the advice to heart, Mike honed this menu to include favorites such as our Pesto Ravioli, Insalata Casa, a selection of Italian mains, and the exquisite Lemoncello Torte. 

1st Course

Pesto Ravioli

Home-made ricotta stuffed raviolis in a creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce topped with pesto and pine nuts.

2nd Course

Insalata Casa

Iceberg and romaine lettuce with crushed artichoke hearts, red onions, pimentos and parmigiana, tossed with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

3rd Course

Tortelloni Gina – Stuffed with chicken and prosciutto, served in alfredo sauce with mushrooms and peas.

Linguine Frutti di Mare - Linguini served in a light bechamel cream sauce with clams, shrimp, scallops, fresh mushrooms, and tomatoes.

Baked Lasagna – Pasta layered with Italian sausage, beef, ricotta cheese, and Maggie’s sugo, topped with provolone cheese.

4th Course

Limoncello Torte

Layered with Mascarpone and topped with white chocolate shavings and raspberry sauce.

Dean Martin, the epitome of cool with his laid-back charm, gave us "That’s Amore", a song that speaks directly to the heart of Italy. This package starts with a duo of Pesto Ravioli and Cannelloni, moves through the fresh salad and offers a duet of ½ Chicken Lemonatta & and ½ Shrimp Spiedini, and ends sweetly with Tiramisu, capturing the essence of Martin’s effortless style.

1st Course

This signature package, with the bold Heaven & Hell starter, Insalata Casa, a luxurious main duo of Chicken Spiedini Garozzo & Bisteca Modiga, and classic Tiramisu, reflects Sinatra's sophistication.

One pesto ravioli in light gorgonzola cream paired with a jumbo shrimp sautéed in diablo sauce.

2nd Course

½ Chicken Spiedini Garozzo & ½ Bistecca Modiga

Our signature Chicken Spiedini topped with Amogio & 4 oz. filet medallion breaded and grilled with melted provolone cheese topped with a white wine lemon butter sauce and fresh mushrooms. Served with a side of Vodka Rigatoni.
