This Green Envelope CANNOT be opened or tampered with until you dine in with us anytime in June at our Overland Park location. During your dine-in experience, you and the server will open the envelope together to find out what you have won!

Promotion Rules
1. One envelope per dine-in or carryout person or group per day given away.
2. Only one envelope per dine-in customer per visit per day can be opened/redeemed.
3. The envelope must be sealed and unopened to be valid.
4. The envelope must be presented to the server before ordering upon redemption.
5. Envelopes can only be redeemed while dining in and can only be opened by a server or manager.
6. Envelopes can only be redeemed in June of 2023.
7. Envelopes will expire after June 2023. Unless it's the Grand Prize, the prize must be redeemed at the visit in which you open the envelope.
8. The envelope cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
9. The envelope has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
10. The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
11. Prizes may vary and are subject to availability.
12. Prizes are not valid for gratuity.
13. If more people would like to be added to the Grand Prize reservation, that is possible at $175/seat.
14. The promotion is open to customers of Garozzo's Ristorante who have a minimum carry-out bill of $50 or a dine-in bill of $125 from May 15th to May 31st. This eligibility requirement may be lowered near the end of the promotional period if extra envelopes are still available.
15. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Garozzo's Ristorante reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and any other incidental expenses on Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Garozzo's Ristorante reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion.
By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Garozzo's Ristorante and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion, including infringement of intellectual property rights.
Garozzo's Ristorante and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and agencies disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion, and reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices of this promotion without notice.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the state where Garozzo's Ristorante is located. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in the state where Garozzo's Ristorante is located for the resolution of all disputes, and agree to comply with all laws, regulations and rules.
